What does intuitive therapy look like?

Using my psychic intuition and professional training, I work with your energy to move through the healing process. Trauma, past experiences, and insecurities all carry unique energy, and ultimately contribute to depression, anxiety, poor communication, and toxic relationships.

Yes it is a real skill, and it's incredibly beneficial to my clients.

I approach my work by prioritizing getting to know you and your world, from your perspective, to understand more about what has happened to you. Working with past and present energy, I will help you identify and discover how those experiences have shaped your life, and how they may be showing up for you daily. Using a combination of your input, your energy, information from behind the veil, and my intuition, I can help you understand the emotional pain that may be leading to addiction, low self-esteem, identity masking, and observed patterned behavior.

I have lived many experiences in my life, and they have shaped me into the person I am today. Transforming both joyous and adverse experiences into tools I use in sessions every day has strengthened my work as a therapist. I am passionate about helping my clients thrive beyond abusive relationships or experiences and discover authenticity. I enjoy working with and supporting domestic abuse and childhood trauma survivors and provide a range of healing tools.

It is about discovering and honoring authenticity, and has a positive influence on our mental health. My quilting work is emotionally driven, meaning my experiences often inspire my creative expression, and I would love to share that experience with you. I also incorporate principles of evidence-based therapy, intuition, tough love, and fun.
